5 Star ReviewI was very nervous when I first entered The Health Hub gym as it had been a long time since I had been in a gym or done any proper exercise but after my first meeting with Anthony I knew I had made the right decision. Anthony immediately made me feel at ease, he really listened to what I wanted to achieve and took into account my lifestyle and my weak points. He came up with a fitness and nutrition program that was easy for me to follow and each week I could see an improvement in myself, in my energy levels and overall fitness. Anthony is a fantastic trainer and motivator, he is always encouraging and supportive and his positive attitude always helps you to get the best out of each training session. I would highly recommend Anthony to anyone looking for a personal trainer who is professional and passionate about his job and gives his clients 110%
