I specialise in one-to-one yoga for people who have physical limitations, whether from recovering from an illness, surgery or suffering from a chronic illness.
This looks like a yoga and/or meditation session tailored completely around you! Each session can involve chair yoga, yin yoga, hatha yoga, or a complete mixture - aimed at working with your body, fitness level and goals. The sessions are completely at your own pace and are tailored to what YOU want and need so completely different to a standard yoga session and suitable for everyone!
